Alicia Silverstone is the daughter of Monty Silverstone (father) and Deidre R. Radford. She was born in Hillsborough on October 4, 1976. They are half-siblings of her father, who is from his first marriage. She was raised in San Francisco, a city of upper middle class. Following her debut in a commercial on television with Domino's Pizza, Silverstone began modelling at age six. Silverstone was a student at Crocker Middle School and San Mateo High Schools. Silverstone was the first actress to be credited for her role in The Wonder Years in 1992. The appearance in the show was highly praised both by critics as well by the public. She won an award.
